Our shipping fees are set per item. You can view your total shipping costs on the shipping page, the second step of the checkout process.
WHEN TO EXPECT YOUR ORDER
Tonez Audio Corp. ships your orders on business days (Monday-Friday), excluding holidays. We offer three methods for shipping your orders:
Standard Shipping - Orders typically received within 7-9 business days.
2-day Shipping - Orders typically received within 2-3 business days.
Overnight Shipping - Orders typically received within 1-2 business days.
We use a variety of carriers for each shipping option, and will choose the most appropriate delivery method for your desired shipping address. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order.
Orders placed on regular business days before 2pm Eastern Time, or noon Pacific, are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed after these times are usually shipped the next business day. In rare cases, Tonez Audio Corp. may hold a shipment for an additional business day. Reasons for an additional delay may include extra time to clarify shipment or payment information, or extra care to properly ship large orders.
Addresses We Ship To
Tonez Audio Corp. ships only to addresses within the United States and Puerto Rico. We're also proud to send packages to APO/FPO addresses. However, Standard Shipping is the only available option for APO/FPO destinations. Due to the nature of APO/FPO delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery times.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
There is no extra shipping fee to Alaska and Hawaii. 2-day and overnight shipping are the only available shipping choices for Alaska and Hawaii.
Shipping to a P.O. Box
Sorry, we are not currently able to ship to P.O. Boxes.
